These Terms form a contract between you and VERSEPROMPT LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or downloading our digital products you agree to them.

Products & License

• All items are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
• Unless a plan explicitly states otherwise, purchases include a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable commercial‑use license for the number of users specified on the plan (e.g., 1 user on Starter, 2 users on Pro, 3 users on Elite).
• You may use outputs created with our prompts/templates in your business and for client projects. You may not resell, share, or redistribute our original files, prompts, or templates as competing products.

Orders & Delivery

After successful payment you receive an email with your download link. Keep your email up to date and check spam if needed.

Payments & Taxes

Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise and may include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any additional taxes required by your jurisdiction.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, we generally cannot refund change‑of‑mind purchases once the download link is accessed. If a file is defective or you have not accessed your download, contact support and we will help promptly. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products to violate laws, create harmful or illegal content, or infringe third‑party rights.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our products. Trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property. Do not remove any proprietary notices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
